Exchange and refund policy
Cancellation can be done on the website at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled day. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded, with reduced card fees, if any, and subject to the fees for services contracted by third parties.
Exchanges will be allowed if informed within a minimum period of 24 hours, rescheduling the same product for later dates.
